Our History

Founded in 2024, the Appalachian Bluegrass Association was born from a shared passion for preserving and promoting the authentic sounds of traditional bluegrass music. Though our journey is just beginning, we are deeply rooted in the rich musical heritage of Appalachia, committed to creating a space where bluegrass can flourish for generations to come.

Our first year has been marked by enthusiastic gatherings, bringing together musicians and fans alike. We’re dedicated to building a vibrant community that honors the traditions of bluegrass while welcoming new voices and talents to keep this unique art form thriving.

As we grow, we look forward to hosting more events, expanding our programs, and connecting with individuals and communities who share our love for bluegrass. Join us as we make history together and keep the spirit of Appalachian bluegrass alive and well.
